Can I Return/Exchange My Order?
Yes! We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with the product you’ve just received, just let us know. We’ll give you a refund or free exchange for a product that is unaltered, unused, unopened, undamaged, and still in original packaging within 30 days.
Do I Have To Pay The Shipping Of My Return/Exchange?
Yes! You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If the product replacement is more expensive than the product you are returning, you will also be responsible for paying the difference in the cost.
How Do I Make A Return/Exchange?
Before you return your order, please send an email with your order number and a clear photo of the item(s) you want to return or exchange to support@konorusa.com
We must approve the exchange prior to you sending back your package. As part of our reply, we’ll provide you with the necessary RMA code. Every exchange requires an RMA code that must be written on the outside of the package.
If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When Will I Receive My Replacement?
We will send you the replacement product after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned product has been unaltered, unused, unopened, and undamaged.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned product have been unaltered, unused, unopened and undamaged. This can take up to 3-5 working days depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
