When Will My Order Be Shipped?
All orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours after payment is received. Delivery time is around 3 to 5 business days. Please enter your address information carefully! Incorrect shipping addresses may result in delays and additional shipping costs.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Free Shipping for all orders over $35 before taxes. Otherwise, the standard shipping cost is $9.97.
Is Overnight Shipping Available?
Yes. Overnight shipping is available for orders placed before 12 pm. Express shipping is $39.00
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. We do not ship on weekends, holidays, and in the occurrence of a natural disaster.
If any product is out of stock, unavailable, or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
Can I cancel my order?
Request for cancellation is possible if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Can I Return/Exchange My Press-on Nails?
Yes! We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with the product you’ve just received, just let us know. We’ll give you a refund or free exchange for a product that is unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and still in original packaging within 30 days.
Do I Have To Pay The Shipping Of My Return/Exchange?
Yes! You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If the product replacement is more expensive than the product you are returning, you will also be responsible for paying the difference in the cost.
How Do I Make A Return/Exchange?
Before you return your Paddle Brush, please send an email with your order number and a clear photo of the item(s) you want to return or exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org
We must approve the exchange prior to you sending back your package. As part of our reply, we’ll provide you with the necessary RMA code. Every exchange requires an RMA code that must be written on the outside of the package.
If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When Will I Receive My Replacement?
We will send you the replacement Paddle Brush after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned product has been unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned Paddle Brush has been unaltered, and undamaged. This can take up to 3-5 working days depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
